นโยบาย เงื่อนไขอายุของคอร์ส กิ๊ฟวอชเชอร์ และแพ็คเกจ
1. ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2560 เป็นต้นไป คอร์ส กิ๊ฟวอชเชอร์และหรือทุกแพ็คเกจ มีอายุ 2 ปีนับจากวันที่ซื้อ
2. สำหรับลูกค้าผู้ที่มาใช้บริการครั้งสุดท้ายก่อนวันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2558 หรือ June 1, 2015 จะแบ่งเป็น 2 กรณีดังนี้
2.1 ให้ลูกค้ามาติดต่อที่สาขาของ Apex เพื่อขอยืดระยะเวลาคอร์ส กิ๊ฟวอชเชอร์และหรือแพ็คเกจ
ภายในวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2560 (June 30, 2017) บริษัทฯจะขยายระยะเวลาของการใช้คอร์ส
กิ๊ฟวอชเชอร์และหรือแพ็คเกจไปอีก 2 ปี นับจากวันที่เข้ามาติดต่อ
2.2 ถ้าลูกค้าไม่มีความประสงค์จะใช้คอร์ส กิ๊ฟวอชเชอร์ และหรือแพ็คเกจจนครบ
และไม่มีการติดต่อกับทางสาขาของ Apex ทางบริษัทฯขอดำเนินการยกเลิกคอร์ส กิ๊ฟวอชเชอร์
และหรือแพ็คเกจดังกล่าวตั้งแต่วันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2560 เป็นต้นไป หรือถือว่าคอร์ส
กิ๊ฟวอชเชอร์และหรือแพ็คเกจ หมดอายุวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2560 เป็นต้นไป
3. สำหรับลูกค้าผู้มาใช้บริการระหว่างวันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2558 จนถึง 31 พฤษภาคม 2560 ทางบริษัทฯ
จะขยายระยะเวลาของคอร์ส กิ๊ฟวอชเชอร์ และหรือแพ็คเกจไปอีก 2 ปีโดยอัตโนมัติ และเริ่มนับอายุ 2 ปี จากวันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2560 และครบกำหนดในวันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2562
Policy for the validity period of courses, gift vouchers and packages
1. All courses, gift vouchers and/or packages are now valid for 2 years from date of purchase with immediate effect.
2. For customers who last visited our branches on or before 1 June 2015, please kindly come into any of our branches to extend your outstanding courses, gift vouchers and/or packages by
30 Jun 2017 if you still intend to complete your courses or packages. We are happy to offer a complimentary 2 years extension to your outstanding courses, gift vouchers and/or packages
from the date of your next visit. If you do not intend to complete the courses, gift vouchers and/or packages, there is no action required from you and we will proceed to terminate your courses or packages with effect from 30 June 2017.
3. For customers who last visited our branches between 1 June 2015 and 31 May 2017, we will automatically extend your current courses, gift vouchers and/or packages by 2 years, starting
from 1 Jun 2017. This means your courses, gift vouchers and/or packages will now only expire on 31 May 2019 instead.
